Etude
Our business is not just machining and manufacturing.
Based on your specifications, the study may consist of 3D design on mechanical assemblies, system improvements or even optimization of your processes.
Milling
We carry out all 2D and 3D milling operations, on 3 and 4 axes, on all materials, from plastics to the most varied metals.
All our milling and turning programs are produced by CAD/CAM.
Filming
The production of turned parts is carried out on Ø max. 290mm.
These can be combined with milled parts.
3-axis turning and 4-axis turning.
Rectification
We use a surface grinding machine, which allows us to obtain precision flatness and thickness.
Erosion-Fil
Wire erosion allows us to produce parts such as gears and pinions or even certain keyways.
Laser engraving
We offer precision engraving with a hybrid machine that combines the advantages of YVO4 and fiber lasers.
This corrects inclinations, deviations, shapes, on height differences of or - 21mm.
Montage
We offer various assembly-related work: Adjustment; Polishing; Microblasting.
We can therefore supply you with sets made in-house, fully assembled and ready to use.
